Using Lanlyn’s advanced laser welding technology paired with a domestic industrial robot, the system delivers high welding efficiency and stable, consistent weld quality.
The laser weld tracking sensor uses an infrared laser to illuminate the weld surface, creating a laser stripe that is captured and imaged by a high-definition camera.
Through algorithmic processing, the system converts the three-dimensional weld characteristics into structured data, including weld head coordinates, misalignment, and gap measurements.
This information is then transmitted to the robot controller, which adjusts the welding trajectory and process parameters in real time, enabling the robot to compensate for deviations and ensure a perfect weld.
